Elevating outdoor spaces

The Queensland vernacular is reflected in the use of batten screens and strategic planting for privacy and weather protection. Diverse façade types create a vibrant streetscape, and thoughtfully integrated landscaping throughout the new internal street creates an inviting space for pedestrians and vehicles. The design also ensures a safe living environment for residents, with protected windows overlooking the entry and walkways.

Where luxury living meets sustainability

From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll appreciate the design intent of these sophisticated and environmentally sustainable residences. Our commitment to promoting sustainable lifestyles has been a key driver behind our design philosophy. Working within the EarthCheck framework has ensured that The Grove will be developed with a holistic approach to responsible design.

Renewable energy solutions

A solar PV 6.6kw electrical system on every home helping to offset around 7 tonnes of CO2 annually, which is equal to planting around 100 trees per year per home.

Biodiversity

The established eucalypt grove is being carefulled protected, alongside curated planting of new native species. Encouraging native flora and fauna to flourish through site enhancement and weed eradication.

Air quality

Utilising air conditioning equipment with refrigerants that have an Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP) of zero. Installation of automated refrigerant leak detection systems for the air conditioning equipment.

Low/no VOC materials

High quality, low allergen and low pollution materials are utilised throughout the home through the selection of suitable paints and floor coverings to minimise the potential for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.
